Office of Environmental Health This program is available to Contractors providing services to residents of Talbot County. We provide licensing of septage haulers. Licenses are issued to those individuals or business who are in the business of pumping and hauling of septage. Licenses are issued annually. MDE requires that each septage truck be inspected on an annual basis to determine compliance with state regulations. |
