Program Service Eligibility Criteria

Age 50 and up unless symptomatic or has family history of colorectal cancer

Services Offered/Provided

Colorectal screenings and education on colorectal, breast, cervical and skin cancers

Service Location

• Intake at the Talbot County Health Department, services provided by contracted medical professionals in their facilities
• Outreach in the community at festivals, health fairs and a variety of community locations

Service Hours
