Retailers are encouraged to use the materials below and this free online training and quiz​ to train all staff.

These toolkits were created in Fall 2019. Please disregard the military exemption information as it no longer applies due to the federal Tobacco 21 law, effective December 20, 2019. For more information, please refer to the FAQ​ page.
