Presented in partnership with Building African American Minds (BAAM), the Frederick Douglass Honor Society, and the Talbot County Free Library, this annual celebration features and outdoor concert, local fashion, art exhibitions, delicious food vendors, merchant vendors, and so much more. The Health Department will be there sharing information about our resources, services, and programs.
