Talbot County Health Department Honors Key Community Partners at Appreciation Breakfast
Easton, MD — On Tuesday, the Talbot County Health Department hosted an Appreciation Breakfast to recognize the individuals and organizations whose collaboration strengthens public health in Talbot County. The event brought together partners from across Talbot County to celebrate shared accomplishments and deepen ongoing relationships.
During the breakfast, five key community partners were specially honored for their exceptional support and collaboration:
- Talbot Family Network
- Talbot County Council
- Building African American Minds (BAAM)
- Talbot County Public Schools (TCPS)
- Talbot County Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
Each organization received a plaque from the Health Department as a token of appreciation for their continued partnership.
“These partners represent the best of what can be achieved when organizations work together to meet the needs of our community,” said Dr. Fahmi Fahmi, Health Officer for Talbot County. “We are grateful for their leadership, their vision, and their commitment to a healthier Talbot County.”
From youth development and education to emergency response and government leadership, these partners play a vital role in supporting the Health Department’s mission and reaching residents where they are. The breakfast served not only as a gesture of thanks, but also as a recommitment to collaboration in service of public health.
