The Talbot County Health Department (TCHD) is now accepting sealed proposals and bids for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services, in accordance with COMAR 10.09.19. This includes ambulatory, wheelchair, and ambulance transportation services for the TCHD NEMT Program beginning July 1, 2025.
Bidders may submit proposals and bids for one, two, or all three transportation service types. TCHD reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this solicitation.
Important Dates:
- Bid documents available: June 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM
- Deadline to submit proposals: June 27, 2025, by 3:00 PM
- Bid opening: On or about June 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM
