Recent compliance checks conducted by the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office found several local retailers selling tobacco products to individuals under 21 years of age.
The following businesses were found non-compliant between July 1 – August 31, 2025:
• 7 Eleven (410 N. Washington St., Easton)
• Dollar General (108 Marlboro Ave., Easton)
• Finest Vape and Smoke Shop (101 Marlboro Ave., Easton)
• Royal Farms (7655 Ocean Gateway, Easton)
• Runway Liquors (9543 Ocean Gateway, Easton)
Appropriate enforcement action has been taken. We remain committed to protecting our youth from tobacco and vaping products.
